[cccc-ip] Plagiarism Detection Services Bibliography and another Turnitin statement

Thanks again to everyone who assisted with resources critiquing 
Turnitin. Wendy Austin and I were working at cross purposes, each 
putting up a bibliography on the ccccip.org website. Those have now been 
combined here:

By sometime next week, the ccccip.org website will be configured so that 
anyone registered on the site can update that page, as well as any other 
pages in the Resource Guide. I'll post an announcement once that feature 
is available.

On another note, myself and the other teachers at Grand Valley State 
University finished our Turnitin position statement. It was a one page 
statement with attached bibliography. You can view it here if you are
