[ccccip] follow-up re open source resolution going up for vote

Hi all,
Just a quick note to let you know that the Open Source Resolution was  
approved at the Business meeting yesterday.  Many thanks to all who  
turned out!  If you're looking for a copy, here is the information  
from Charlie:

"The original signature sheet with the draft of the resolution that  
was submitted to C's is available here:

However, this document should not be used officially. You'll have to  
wait for the official copy to be posted at the CCCC website here:
